16th century mansion, independent, located on a working farm (cereals) in a landscaped environment just 5 minutes from Laval, city of Art and History, and 3 minutes from a nature trail.
The private lake of 2500m², located 50m from the cottage is ideal for your fishing trips (carp, roach, trout, pike, local fishing) or to rest between the trees. Wanna play ? You will enjoy the bowling green.
The plus: the second category river at 400 m. Your accommodation: Ground floor: kitchen area open to the living room (36m²), shower room (5m²), separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom (13m²): 3 single beds; 1 bedroom (10m²): 1 double bed + 1 single bed.
