You are welcome on the land of the Bois Brinçon family vineyard and its 24 hectares worked organically and biodynamically.

The town of Blaison-Saint-Sulpice is classified as a charming village. It is in the heart of the Loire Valley region, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site. Ideally located between Angers, Doué-La-Fontaine and Saumur, you will also be 8 minutes from Brissac-Quincé and its historic castle.

'La Closerie' is an independent gîte located in a former outbuilding of the castle.
On the ground floor: bright living room with sofa, armchair and television, separate WC, fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area. A spare room with laundry room allows you to have large additional storage space.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 160x200cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds that can be pushed together. The bathroom with shower, sink and WC is shared between the two bedrooms.

Outside, accessible from the kitchen, you will enjoy the enclosed and private gravelled courtyard with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deck chairs. A place conducive to relaxation and rest, not overlooked, with trees to provide you with shade and coolness.

Sheets are provided and beds made upon your arrival. All-inclusive service with the exception of end-of-stay cleaning and towels.

On-site entertainment: tasting and sale of the property's wines. A bottle is offered to each arrival in the gîte.

4km from the gîte, reach the banks of the Loire, 7km take the Loire circuit by bike, towards Angers or towards Saumur for beautiful discoveries of the Loire landscapes. Don't miss the troglodyte sites of the Douessine and Saumuroise region. Treat yourself to a fun excursion with a cruise on the Loire departing from Saint Mathurin sur Loire.

For long-term reservations (4 weeks or more), electricity will be billed on the bill of charges.
