Small renovated gite in a quiet location, 150 m from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 3 km from the Gâvre Forest, 30 km from Redon and 40 km from Nantes, and adjoining the owners' house (guest rooms on site, including 1 above the gite). Completely independent entrance.
Enclosed garden with trees and flowers of 145 m² with south-west terrace. 2 adult bicycles available (on request because shared with guest rooms).
Ground floor: living room/living room with sofa bed (140x190) and open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: Wifi, DVD player and freezer section.
Included: sheets and bathroom/house linen.
