Description of the accommodation

Located in the heart of a peaceful area near Lake North and Biscarrosse town, come and discover this exceptional house with contemporary lines that can accommodate 10 to 14 people. The house consists of an equipped living room which will seduce you with its large volumes (63m²). A sublime open fitted and equipped kitchen. The house consists of four beautiful bedrooms (a large master suite of 42m² with a 160 cm bed with its own bathroom, WC and its large dressing room with a sofa bed, you will also find a 90x3 bunk bed, a second bedroom composed of a 160 bed with storage, a third bedroom composed of a 140 bed with storage, a fourth bedroom with three 90 beds with storage). An additional bathroom and powder room complete the remarkable amenities of the house. Two separate toilets. On the exterior side, you will find an outdoor kitchen to prepare your meals with friends or family (the barbecue is not available but a large electric plancha is at your disposal), a 25m² south-facing terrace with a view of the open swimming pool and heated from June to September and on a large plot of 2785m² with table football and bowling alley. Several parking spaces are available on the property. Parties are strictly prohibited.
