On the ground floor (access by a small staircase): 1 equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, sofa bed (2 places) with Wifi, wood stove. 1 bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs: 1 landing with library, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 130 cm, 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed of 140 cm, 1 children's bedroom with 4 beds of 90 cm (bunk beds). 1 large bathroom with shower, changing table, and baby bath. 1 travel cot and 1 high chair are available. This house is ideal for stays with family or friends. A washing machine and freezer are available in an outbuilding opposite the cottage. A large courtyard with a wooden cabin, children's games, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Stunning views of the Auxois mountains. Parking in the courtyard. Another small cottage for 3 people is also located on the property.
