This flat is located in the heart of the village of Bernex, opposite the Ormeau restaurant and close to all amenities (newsagent, tobacconist, playground, etc.).

You'll be staying in a green and peaceful setting. In winter, you'll have access to the Bernex ski area and ice rink. Just 20 minutes from Evian-Les-Bains, you can also take in the sights at the Village des Flottins and the arrival of Father Christmas.

In summer, you can wander along the many forest paths, hike the various Bernex mountains and, of course, try your hand at climbing the famous Dent d'Oche. You can also try your hand at mountain biking.

Lovely 65m2 loft-style flat with 4 beds.
The property opens onto a large entrance hall with walk-in wardrobe, giving access to the living room with sofa bed with 160x190 mattress, TV and WiFi.

A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, oven, hob, coffee machine with filter, hoover, microwave, American-style fridge). However, the kitchen does not include a dishwasher.

The sleeping area, bordered by an open bookcase, includes a 140*200 double bed.

A shower room with WC. The flat has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The flat has a ski locker (no. 16) and a parking space, but this is on a slope and is not cleared of snow, so take care if you do not have snow tyres or sufficient traction.

A small train regularly passes in front of the flat and can take you directly to the foot of the slopes.

Pets are not allowed.

A credit card imprint of €500 will be requested when you collect the keys.
