You will appreciate this single storey gîte composed of a living room (TV, internet, pellet stove)/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the private terrace with garden furniture and plancha. You will have 2 bedrooms with 2 160x200 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a WC.
To perfect your tan, the roof terrace and its deckchairs are ideal.
At your disposal, a garage for a small car less than 4.50m or to store bicycles and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Public parking 50 m away or parking spaces in adjacent streets.
Household linen, sheets, bathroom linen, electricity and heating included. End of stay cleaning €75. Pellets for poles not included. This house will allow you to have a pleasant stay without a car because you can explore Bergerac on foot or by bike with your own equipment or you can, if you wish, rent your bikes on site to enjoy beautiful walks on the Greenway. The town of Bergerac, in the Dordogne Valley, will never cease to charm you with its medieval and Renaissance architecture, without forgetting the Saint Jacques church, one of the most beautiful buildings in the city.
