Guy and Lucienne took 2 years to renovate this building in the Périgord Pourpre with their own hands in order to welcome you with all the comfort that they themselves would like to find in a gîte. They will open the doors of their garden to you and invite you to spend a few hours there in the sun or in the shade with a good book and why not, in the evening, to take advantage of the proximity of Bergerac and its restaurants.

Description of the accommodation

Independent house of 55 m2 opposite the owners' house in the town of Bergerac (city of art and history) but not in the city center. On one level, you will enter through the kitchen/dining room (without dishwasher), 3 induction burners, oven, microwave, open to the living room with TV and internet, reversible air conditioning. You will occupy a room with 1 bed of 160x200 and an alcove closed by curtains of 9m2 with a BZ sofa of 140x190. A bathroom with shower and WC. Covered terrace of 18 m2 in front of the gîte with barbecue and garden of 1500 m2 to share with the owner. Private parking in the enclosed courtyard. Bicycles available: 1 women's bike, 1 men's bike. The cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning except in the bedroom.
Sheets, bathroom linen, household linen, electricity and heating included. End of stay cleaning €60.
