Description of the accommodation

This villa, surrounded by breathtaking sea views, will immerse you in the Mediterranean. The villa has its own direct access to the beach of transparent and calm waters, a privilege to take advantage of and go snorkelling in the beautiful Baladrar cove or go to the beach bar you will find on the same beach. It is one of the most beautiful coves on the Benissa Coast, with crystal clear waters from where you can contemplate incredible sunsets with Calpe's famous Rock, el Peñon de Ifach,  in the background. Both Benissa and the neighbouring towns of Moraira and Calpe are only a few kilometres away by car and offer a wide range of leisure activities, shops, bars, restaurants, and the possibility of doing many outdoor activities such as water sports, cycling, hiking, mountain walks, etc. .... The villa Marina Baladrar has two floors. Its antique ceramic tiled floors, wooden beams, built-in shelves and white walls give the house a rustic and Mediterranean feel, mixed with a modern and colourful decoration. On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with a space created to relax with sofas and armchairs to rest, a wood fireplace, as well as a dining room and a small sitting room with a beautiful bookcase in which to read a book and enjoy the magnificent sea views that surround the whole house. There is also a cozy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen decorated with typical antic Valencian tiles and everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, as well as kitchenware, crockery and glassware.  A corridor leads to the bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed, two with single bed, one with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. The first floor is reached by a wooden staircase in the living room, and there there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and a terrace with incredible sea views. Swimming in the pool will be like being in the sea, and the covered terrace with barbecue will be the perfect place for a dinner with family or friends and relaxing evenings contemplating the sea. Outside there is also a half-covered terrace for parking several cars and a garden with spaces designed for the relaxation and rest of its tenants. The villa is only 500 m from the supermarket. Marina Baladrar is an invitation to the senses, there is no corner where you can't breathe the sea air.
