To rent in Benissa in Costa Blanca, this private, air-conditioned swimming pool house is ideal for 8 people, just 600 meters from the famous “El Advocat” beach. This house is on two levels, connected by an internal staircase and an external one. You enter the villa through a very spacious and modern living room with satellite TV + DVD + air conditioning and dining area, as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and guest toilet. An internal staircase leads down to the other 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed and a modern bathroom with shower, a bedroom with twin beds and a small bathroom with shower, then a bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom. The exterior has a sunny terrace surrounding the private swimming pool, which is complete with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue with an American bar, perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors. The tropical garden offers lots of privacy, especially by the pool. All the main rooms are air conditioned. From one of the double bedrooms, you access the garage and the laundry room. Next to the villa there is a very good restaurant where you can taste Spanish cuisine.
