The cottage is located in the village of Sainte Christine (Benet). Coming from Niort, head towards Benet. Arriving in Ste Christine, take the first road on the right, cross the village, the gîte is located on the left.

Old house from 1900, located in a hamlet near another gîte in the heart of the Marais Poitevin. Ground floor: living room/lounge (fireplace, telephone), kitchen, shower room, wc, storage room, Floor: bathroom/wc, 4 bedrooms (1 double bed in each). Wireless. Enclosed landscaped grounds of 250 m² (garden furniture, barbecue), ping-pong table, bowling green. Boat available, fishing on site. Bikes for rental. Character cottage. Options:
End of stay cleaning: €60/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €8/person/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax; Electric heating: general meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh per day for current consumption) - The owner provides the wood (recommended price based on €50 to €70 per stere). The 1st outbreak is free: to be paid on site.
