The cottage is located in the village of Sainte Christine (Benet). Coming from Niort, head towards Benet. Arriving in Ste Christine, take the first road on the right, cross the village, the gîte is located on the left.

Old house from 1900, independent, located in a hamlet in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, near another gîte. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, telephone, toilet. Floor: bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed). Wireless. Enclosed landscaped grounds of 70 m², covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue), bowling green, boat available, fishing on site. Mountain bikes and bicycles for rental. Character cottage. Options:
End of stay cleaning: €40/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €8/person/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax; Electric heating on general meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh per day for current consumption) - The owner provides the wood (recommended price based on €50 to €70 per stere). The 1st outbreak is free: to be paid on site.
