Between Berry and Poitou, in the Brenne Regional Natural Park and at the end of a small country road, independent holiday home in a beautiful estate with a swimming pool shared (5 x 10 meters) with the owners and another open gîte from mid-May to the end of September (unheated).

Extras: bed linen, bathroom linen, cleaning and heating included in the price On the ground floor: large living room with wood stove (dining room and living room) - equipped kitchen with dining area - bedroom (bed 160 cm) with shower and sink - separate toilet.

Upstairs: landing with storage and 2 large bedrooms (4 single beds or 2 180 cm beds) with sloping ceilings with private shower room/wc and bathroom/wc.

Private open garden of 2,000 m², private terrace and private parking on the property.
