Description of the accommodation

In Berry, in a calm environment of woods and ponds, a completely restored Brennouse house near the owners' home. Private enclosed space at the back of the gîte with fenced pond (fishing possibility). Common courtyard enclosed at the front. On the ground floor: living / dining room with wood stove / kitchen - 1 bedroom (1 double bed) - bathroom (large walk-in shower / toilet).

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (4 single beds - possibility of a 180 cm bed in one of the bedrooms by combining 2 single beds) - toilet with sink.

Terrace (deck chairs). Portico in the garden.

Electric heating (flat rate of €10 per day) and wood (€45 per stere).
Sheets for a double bed (12€), Sheets for a single bed (10€), bathroom linen (7€ / person), End of stay cleaning (60€)
