Under the rocks of this very pretty village located on the hillside, independent house completely renovated with ecological materials. The winegrower owners will be happy to share their passion with you.
Ground floor: open living room with dining room, lounge and equipped kitchen. 1st floor: a bedroom with a 160 bed and integrated shower room. Separate toilet. 2nd floor: a bedroom with a 160 bed and private shower room. Panoramic terrace with a view of the Hautes Côte de Beaune vineyard. Unfenced land. Laundry room. Parking. Private swimming pool (4.25 m x 2.25) in continuity with the terrace and heated from mid-May to September depending on the weather conditions
All the electricity in the cottage is produced by solar panels. Heating by pellet stove and PAC.
Gîte Air-conditioned by Air-Air heat pump.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen provided.
Hiking trails from the cottage. Many cultural visits within 15 km: Hospices de Beaune, Bout du Monde waterfall, Halles de Nolay, Autun.... Cycle route 5 km away and Voie Verte, Natural swimming pool in Beaune, treetop adventure course in Givry, Les Etangs d'Or in Tailly. Montrachet vineyard 10 km away and Trois Croix de Santenay mountain.
