The villa

Enjoy this modern and well-equipped villa with a private swimming pool, outdoor dining with BBQ, children's toys and 1000MB wifi connection throughout the whole property.

There is also a dedicated workspace where you can set up your laptop and attend work without distractions.

There are also two shaded outdoor dining areas, one with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals and creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

First floor

Main bedroom

There is a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps for reading in bed, air conditioning, wall mounted Smart TV and wardrobes to hang your clothes and store your belongings.

En-suite bathroom

The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet as well as storage for your items.

Second bedroom

The stylishly decorated second bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps for reading in bed, wall mounted Smart TV and a dedicated workspace. There is plenty of storage space for your clothes.

Third bedroom

This bedroom is ideal for children with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a pull-out single bed. There is storage space and a selection of children's toys. We can also provide a travel cot on request for babies.

All bedrooms also have light-blocking blackout blinds so you can sleep in or take an afternoon nap (perfect for your baby or toddler’s nap, too!). Plus air conditioning for the summer months.

Bathroom

The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

Check-in / check-out

Our check-in time starts at 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we will provide you with a code to the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys and check yourself in any time after 4 pm.

Online check-in before arrival

As per the current vacation rental decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their IDs before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Towels, linen and professional cleaning

We take pride in ensuring that our villa is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.
We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.

You will have one bath towel, one hand towel, one beach towel, and one cotton robe per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.

Mid-stay cleaning

If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.

Families

We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €30 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Pets
Please note: a friendly cat lives on the premises. If you have any allergies or are uncomfortable around cats, Kindly consider this. Our feline friend is well-behaved and enjoys a stroke but if you prefer that she didn’t enter the house during your stay you can keep her outside.
Remote working

If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.

The local area

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite its tranquillity, the property enjoys excellent connectivity to the TF1 highway, providing convenient access to explore the beautiful island of Tenerife and its numerous attractions.

The nearby coastal town of Candelaria is a short drive away and bustling with local life.

You can find everything in Candelaria from independent boutique shops in the pedestrianized shopping street of Calle Los Príncipes to bars and restaurants for all tastes on the Avenida Maritima.

Enjoy an evening drink in the Plaza de la Patrona de Canarias with views of the famous Basilica.

There are plenty of beaches to choose from in Candelaria and neighbouring Las Caletillas, which are connected by the promenade along Avenida Maritima.

In addition to several small supermarkets in the area, there are plenty of shopping options nearby. A 15-minute drive away, you'll find a Lidl, Mercadona, and Carrefour supermarket, along with a large shopping centre featuring international brands.
