Large comfortable gîte in an old farmhouse, near the old mill, independent gîte (exposed stone and half-timbering) with waterfall nearby.
Ground floor: living room, wood stove fireplace, kitchen, bathroom (bath), separate toilet. 1 bedroom (1 bed 160). First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), mezzanine (1 single bed) with TV relaxation reading area, bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Electric heating. Enclosed courtyard, green space with waterfall (2500m²). Possibility of fishing in the owner's large fish pond (swimming prohibited) 200m away. Picnic possible. A wooden cabin for little elves. Presence of donkeys and ponies. Diverse activities in the surrounding meadows and woods. Ping-pong table. Bowling green. Basketball court. Vichy 30 km away with its relaxing baths and listed by UNESCO. The PAL at 37 km. No swimming. Vulcania at 100km with the Puys chain (listed as a UNESCO world heritage site).
