This elegant apartment, with approximately 100 m² and a stunning 50 m² garden with private pool, is a real gem in a building with a lift on the ground floor, so you can easily access your oasis of tranquility. In addition, you have the option of having an optional Private Parking for a value of €25/day to guarantee the comfort of your stay. The nearest metro station, Muntaner, will allow you to move around the city with ease.
The Modern Duplex with Private Garden and Pool for 10 will welcome you with a dynamic and modern design, divided into two levels to provide you with an atmosphere of luxury and comfort in every corner. The first level is for the common areas, where you will find a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the garden and the private pool. This place will invite you to relax, sunbathe, enjoy a drink or simply share eloquent evenings with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen will be the perfect setting for your culinary skills. The apartment is located in the quiet and elegant neighbourhood of Sarrià. This neighbourhood is connected to the city center, shopping areas such as Diagonal, and the picturesque district of Gracia. In Sarrià you can find elegant boutiques, gourmet shops and delicious restaurants with a high level of culinary offerings. The apartment is not far from beautiful places such as Gaudi's Parc Güell, the modern Plaça Lesseps, Palau Reial where you can find the wonderful Museum of Ceramics, or Tibidabo's funicular (from where you can find the best views of Barcelona).

Sarrià is the neighbourhood par excellence of Barcelona. It retains the traditional taste and the personality of lifelong neighbourhood. A district of shops and stately mansions but also parks, health institutions and prestigious schools. To have a walk through Sarrià is always a pleasure and a reunion with the past. The Sant Gervasi district is mainly a residential area which is very well connected to the rest of Barcelona. It is very close to the traditional neighbourhood of Gracia and the well-known Eixample district. The area has many shops, cafes, bars and different restaurants.
