Renovated old house, located in a complex, near another gite, 500 m from the Boucholeurs beach. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed), shower room, WC. Wireless. Enclosed landscaped grounds of 70 m² with wooden terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Private parking, closed shelter for storage available. Sailing club, departure for the Ile d'Yeu 3 km away, water park 8 km away. Bus service: La Roche sur Yon link at 500 m. Options: End of stay cleaning: €50/stay; Rental of sheets for 2 people: €15/stay; Towel rental: €8/pers/stay.
