Description of the accommodation

On the ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms each with 140 cm bed, two bedrooms each with 2 90 cm beds, bathroom, toilet. Baby bed available. Terrace of 28 m² and enclosed garden of 700 m², both private, parking in enclosed courtyard. Various games (badminton, pétanque). Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat, potty, reducer.
Internet access by WIFI (box), DVD player, board games. Heating to be adjusted on site according to consumption (beyond 8 kW/h day). Non-smoking gîte.
All shops are on site, as well as the municipal swimming pool. 2 charging stations for electric vehicles (Town Hall car park) 150 m away. Departure from the greenway 500m away. This gîte has been set up in a renovated old house of regional character, adjoining other dwellings, in a village in South Charente. 500 m away, the Voie Verte is an old railway line converted into a cycle path, suitable for family walks.
