LOCATION
Azay-Le-Rideau is a small town located on the banks of the Indre river, 25km south west of Tours and 20km east from Chinon. It is best known for its splendid Renaissance Chateau surrounded on three sides by the tree-lined river. There is also a 9th century church with a facade embellished with statues. Azay-le-Rideau is one of the many beautiful Loire Chateaux found in the area. The town also connects to the massive Loire-a-velo cycle network.
