Large house completely renovated in 2021, tastefully furnished and decorated.
Its bright veranda will welcome you for your meals and your moments of relaxation.
The 3 bedrooms are upstairs ( double bed), with one bathroom and WC.
There is a workspace.
The T2 is perfectly fitted out and independent.
House ideally located to discover the region and return in the evening in peace.

The town of Aytre offers you more than 3,5 Km of coastline in sandy parts with a shallow cove, which makes it a recognized spot attracting many windsurfers and kite surfers.
One beach, three atmospheres : the central beach to enjoy the fine sand and swim with family or friends; the surfing spot where you can practice board sports, sailing, but also beach sports and kite flying, and then the small beaches separated by rocks with a wilder air where the foreshore is revealed at low tide.
The municipality of Aytre also has a daily activity program for young and old (yoga, beach-volley, gym, hiking, dance...)
Aytré is also green corners with the Clay Lake, large plain available to relax, a treasure to [hidden] equipped with cycle paths along the coast, ideal for walks.
Half way between La Rochelle, Chatelaillon, I' Ile de Ré ou Oléron, the city enjoys a perfect location, without the inconveniences of parking, and direct access to the expressways whatever your destination.
Discovering a rich terroir, between oyster farming, salt marshes, fishing on foot, horseback riding, or visiting the Angoulins fish smokehouse...there is no shortage of [hidden] little further, Rochefort and its "Versailles of the Sea" the maritime Arsenal, the Royal rope factory, and its central place made famous by the film " Les Demoiselles de Rochefort" and of course, the marvelous La Rochelle with its towers and its history and the good feeling.
