The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed.
An office allows you to isolate yourself if necessary for your work.

You are 4 km from the center of La Rochelle by car, from the beach of Aytré.
Free parking in front of the house.
House ideally placed to enjoy the region and return to calm in the evening.

Bed linen and towels are provided on request and in this case, the laundry costs will be charged, payable on site by credit card (+ 2 euros) or in cash/cheque:

Aytré is also green spaces with the Lac d'Argile, walking path and large plain available to recharge your batteries, a treasure to discover... all equipped with cycle paths along the coast, ideal for walks .
Halfway between La Rochelle, Chatelaillon, Ile de Ré or Oléron, the city benefits from a perfect location, without the inconveniences of parking, and direct access to the expressways whatever your destination.
Discovering a rich land, between oyster farming, salt marshes, fishing on foot, horseback riding, or visiting the fish smokehouse of Angoulins...curiosities abound.
