This single storey gîte has a spacious living room consisting of an equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and a living room with sleeping area (90x190 bunk beds). Access to a private 45 m² terrace out of sight with garden furniture, barbecue, awning will be ideal for your moments of relaxation or convivial meals. You will have a double bedroom (140x190 bed), a twin bedroom (2 90x190 beds), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. Outside: a common courtyard closed by an electric gate will allow you to park your vehicles in complete safety (and even trucks and trailers), a grassy area that is both common and private will be offered to you. Petanque. Beds will be made on arrival, heating, electricity, linens (tea towels, tablecloths) will be included in the price of the stay. Small animals allowed on request. On the Champagne Tourist Route, 7 km from Les Riceys, 30 minutes from the Lakes, 45 km from Troyes and the factory outlets, come and stay in a true haven of peace located on the heights of a small wine-growing village and offering a breathtaking view of the fields and the Champagne vineyards. The owners live opposite the gîte and will be very discreet during their guests' stay. For fishing enthusiasts, a body of water is located in the village.
