The residence is less than 10km from the nearest beaches in Mimizan-Plage, 5km from the resort centre and amenities in Aureilhan, and 4km from Mimizan itself.
The residence houses 70 apartments shared between several two-storey buildings (without lifts), set around a swimming pool.

A lakeside setting in the heart of the Landes pine forest, Aureilhan is perfect for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. Try some fishing or just enjoy the lake's beach, picnic tables, children's play area and walking paths. For a day out, the beaches of Mimizan-Plage are only 10km away.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
A wide range of activities are available in Aureilhan, including watersports at both the lake in Aureilhan itself and the beaches in Mimizan-Plage (10km away), fishing, hiking trails and guided walks, and cycling trails including 6km of mountain biking trails as part of the Landes region. The region also boasts rich and varied local cuisine, so be sure to try some of the regional specialities during your stay.

Aureilhan is a well-equipped resort and offers all necessary facilities and amenities, including a shuttle bus service from the station to the resort, plus children's clubs and nurseries suitable for under 12s.

LANDES
Between the Gironde and the Basque region and running along the Atlantic Coast, France's Landes is an area famous for its vast pine forests and large sandy beaches, and boasting a variety of charming seaside resorts which offer both sports and leisure in lively and convivial atmospheres, all set in attractive natural surroundings. The Landes countryside is peppered with lakes and a network of canals, which visitors can explore and discover by boat. Further to the south of the region, the rolling hills of the La Chalosse area offer acres of vineyards where the local fine wines can be bought directly from small, independent owners. The region also offers larger historic towns such as Dax, which boasts an attractive and well-preserved 17th century cathedral.
