Come and stay in the peace of a hamlet in a comfortable detached house with terrace and 1200m² unfenced garden. Close to amenities (Châtillon en Bazois) and tourist attractions (Nivernais canal, ponds and lakes for fishing and/or swimming, forests, etc.)

On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (lounge with TV, DVD player and WiFi opening onto the terrace), wood stove, an office area, a large bathroom with double sink and large shower, toilet.
