From Fontenay le Comte, head towards La Rochelle. At the motorway roundabout, follow Marans, do not take the 1st right (Chaix/Auzay). Take the 2nd road towards Chaix. At the stop sign, go straight. At the Y junction, keep left and drive 2.5 km to the hamlet of Brillac: this is the penultimate house on the left (n°97). Coming from the A83, exit n° 8 then as above.

Description of the accommodation

Old 18th century stable renovated in 2006, located on a 4 hectare property adjoining another gîte and the owners' accommodation and close to another gîte. Ground floor: kitchen/living room accessible by 2 steps, bedroom 1 (1 180 cm bed and 1 single bed), bedroom 2 (1 160 cm bed and 1 single bed), bathroom (bath + shower)/wc. Wireless. Private space of 1000 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Common area reserved for gîtes: lap pool (4x15m) open in July/August, terraces, fruit trees. Walking tour, cycle path, river fishing nearby. Options:
End of stay cleaning: €40/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people. : 10€/bed/stay; Rental of bathroom linen: €8/person/stay; (For the 180 bed, provide 2 90 fitted sheets).
In addition: Tourist tax, electric heating package: €10/day (to be paid on site).
