Located on the first floor of a 19th-century family home, La Maison Haute includes:
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with dining area
- 1 living room with two 90cm sofa beds
- 3 bedrooms, including two doubles and one twin
- 2 bathrooms
- 3 toilets

The McKinley Room (shared with La Maison Basse) is available to guests with:
- Games (casino, foosball, chess, board games, card games, and dice games)
- A lounge area

- Courtyard shared with the guests of La Maison Basse
