Raised ground floor: Living room with kitchen area and lounge area with 1 sofa bed in 130. Shower room with WC. Floor: 2 bedrooms and a baby area (2 90 cm beds, 1 140 cm bed). Bathroom with WC. Electric heating. Unfenced land of 1500 m2 with a terrace of 18 m2, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Towels €7/person/change. Sheets €10/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €40. Electricity beyond 8 kW/day: €0.18/additional kW. Old renovated farmhouse including the gîte, the stable with the attached barbecue, the bakery which serves as bicycle storage and the old unoccupied barn, with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside, not overlooked, in an open space and calm. The neighbors' farm is 150 m before reaching the gîte. The rural road which passes behind the property serves a single house located 300 m higher; this path is a hiking trail. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the sites of the Vézère Valley including the International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac, the National Museum of Prehistory in Les Eyzies de Tayac 30 km away.. without forgetting the visit to Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage or the Château de Hautefort (Gardens and Museum of Medicine) 25 km away.
