The Gîte "La Maison de Marius" is located just 30 minutes from Orléans, 30 minutes from the Château de Chamerolles, 30 minutes from the Forest of Orléans, 35 minutes from Pithiviers, 1h30 from Paris... Right in the city center d'Artenay, close to shops and served by the SNCF line, by the RN20 and also the A10 and the A19. Enclosed garden of 700 m2
This cottage will make an ideal place for a stay with family, friends or colleagues. On the ground floor, living room and dining room, open kitchen, two bedrooms: a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and bath and a laundry room.
On the 1st floor, two bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed and a bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed and a shower room with wc.

All-inclusive rates: heating included, sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen included and end of stay cleaning package included.
