The property, which stretches over 4 floors, boasts a beautiful sea and mountain view and impresses guests with its modern decor and expansive outdoor area. The house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a small laundry room, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer. Furthermore, the villa offers a private balcony, which is accessible via the third-floor bedroom as well as a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a pool, an outdoor shower, hammocks and sun loungers. Start your day with a cup of hot coffee on the spacious terrace, which overlooks the sea and is accessible via the second-floor bedrooms. Relax with a good book on the hammocks and cool down on warm summer days in the pool. Within a 5-minute drive you will find a small selection of restaurants and bars. The nearest supermarket is also just 3-minute away by car. Cala Tonó, a small, quiet beach, which is used by the residents of the surrounding properties, is right on your doorstep, approximately 20 m away. Here you can enjoy the Spanish sun and swim in the crystal clear water. Approximately 13 minutes away on foot you will also find the S’Arenal de Sa Canova beach (1.1 km). Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. As the house is comprised of 4 storeys, please contact the homeowner before the booking if you have mobility issues. The holiday home is preferably rented to families, couples or quiet groups. Parties and all other kinds of events are not allowed.
