Description of the accommodation

In the heart of the Haute-Loire, in a quiet place in the countryside but at the gates of the town of Puy-en-Velay and the Meygal-Mézenc massifs, is the village of Arsac-en-Velay.

This former 18th century mansion, independent with courtyard and enclosed garden of 500 m² is located in a green environment 12 km from Le Puy-en-Velay, 30 min. from the Mezenc nature resort and near the Meygal massif.
Ideal for green holidays in all seasons, more than 100 m from the first neighbors.

From the cottage, many hiking trails; nearby, the indoor skating rink at the station, the Aquacentre La Vague, the city of Puy en Velay and its many buildings listed as UNESCO heritage sites, and all the nature sites / tourism / attractions of the Haute-Loire. On the ground floor, large living room-kitchen with wood stove and sofa bed, shower room-wc, laundry room.

On the 1st floor, 3 closed bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a 160 cm bed fitted out in the old chapel of the house, bedroom 2 with a 140 cm bed and family bedroom 3 with a 140 cm bed and 2 bunk beds. A large mezzanine with reading area, sofa bed and corner bed 120. Bathroom, wc.
Total capacity: 11 beds (9 fixed + 2 extra on convertible sofa)

Central heating and electricity included. 2 wheelbarrows of wood for the stove provided free of charge.
