On the ground floor, you will have a pleasant living room with kitchen open to the living room, dining area and lounge by the fire, a double bedroom, a bathroom (shower cubicle, sink, bidet) , a separate toilet and laundry room. Upstairs: you will have access to a relaxation/reading/teleworking corner on the mezzanine, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom for 4 people (4 single beds including 2 beds that can be pushed together into a double bed), bathroom (bath + sink + WC). Outside, you will enjoy a large covered terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, relaxation lounge, deckchairs and jacuzzi from March 15 (additional charge and reservation required). The enclosed area will allow parking for 4 vehicles. Heating and electricity included within the limit of normal consumption (arrival/departure meter reading from October to April) - wood offered for the fireplace. Beds will be made on arrival. In a small, quiet village, at the foot of the Champagne and Burgundy vineyards, 10 minutes from Chaource and Les Riceys, come and stay in this charming cottage tastefully decorated and well thought out for stays with family or friends. In the village, you will have the opportunity to visit local producers: goat cheese, poultry farming, foie gras.
