The 13 x 6m swimming pool is secured by a barrier, a summer kitchen is fitted out with an electric plancha as well as a dining area to enjoy the swimming pool all day long!

Sheets included, exit cleaning €300 - A lump sum may be withheld from the security deposit if the bins have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is left in a deplorable state compared to the state of the premises entry and if there is a shortage of laundry.
