From Puy en Velay, follow the direction Pradelles by the RN88. At the exit of Costaros, follow the direction Arlempdes on your left. Always continue following Arlempdes. Turn left at the indication Montagnac. You have to cross the village and the house is located at the exit of the village, on the right.

Description of the accommodation

In the heart of a hamlet not far from Arlempdes, the most beautiful village in France, this old farmhouse was completely renovated in 2020 to offer you a magnificent stay in Haute Loire in modern and spacious accommodation.

Ideally located, this cottage will allow you to visit a large number of tourist sites such as the Lac du Bouchet and the Gorges de l'Allier, the medieval castle of Arlempdes, the Gorges de la Loire, the Estables sports resort at the foot of the Mézenc as well as the UNESCO listed monuments of Puy-en-Velay.

This cottage is ideal for meeting and recharging your batteries with family or friends.

All shops and services in Costaros, 5kms. The large living room has a large fitted kitchen, a dining area and a lounge (2 convertible sofas are available). A bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a laundry room (with washing machine and storage) complete the ground floor.

The sleeping area is located on a half-level and offers 3 bedrooms, all with shower room, WC and storage cupboards.

Upstairs, a double bedroom with sloping ceilings but low ceiling will be ideal for children.

You will have a closed garage, unfenced land (3000m2), with private parking and swing.

A very pleasant furnished terrace will welcome your sunny breakfasts or late aperitifs.

At your disposal: baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath), parasol, barbecue, pétanque court.
