This charming residence is located in the grounds of the Château de Clavières, bordering the Indre River and surrounded by a beautiful forest perfect for walks, boating, or canoeing on the river.
Here, time seems to stand still in an ideal setting for fishing enthusiasts and hikers, with its numerous trails and fitness trail.
It's also perfect for tourists wishing to follow in George Sand's footsteps with her walking tour and explore the Berry region and its castles. Amenities include a shared, heated, indoor swimming pool (12 x 4 meters), bicycles, a rowboat, a canoe, and a pedal boat for use on the Indre River, as well as a designated fishing area. On the ground floor, a beautiful kitchen opens onto a large terrace with a table and garden furniture, as well as a spacious private garden furnished with sun loungers and a ping-pong table. A barbecue area is also available.

You will appreciate a large, welcoming living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), which also opens onto the terrace and garden. There is also a spacious bedroom (accessible for people with disabilities) with a double bed, an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower), and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with wardrobes or closets, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room with a shower and toilet. Heating (pellet boiler) and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Parking is available on the property.
