ARCACHON, AUTUMN CITY – SUPERB DOMINANT VIEW OVER THE CITY AND BASIN!
In a luxury residence surrounded by greenery, cabin studio on the 11th floor with lift including a magnificent view and a Parisian balcony.
Entrance hall with cupboard / wardrobe leading to a bathroom with WC – Pretty separate fitted kitchen (small fridge with freezer, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, microwave, mini-oven, extractor …) recently renovated – Room main one composed of a "blind" cabin (2 bunk beds in 80, storage) and a living room facing South-West (sofa bed in 140: bought in March 2023: very comfortable, TV, etc.) with balcony access. Balcony with furniture and awning, enjoying a very nice view of the city of Arcachon and its basin.
Nicely decorated and very well arranged. Named parking space. Internet box / WIFI.
Pets not allowed. White linen not provided: Possibility to rent some through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance included (with optional membership). Departure cleaning included (following normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay).
