Located in the peaceful and sought-after Pereire district, this residence offers an idyllic setting within a small condominium with direct access to the beach. On the 2nd floor (without elevator), this T3 apartment crossing North/South welcomes you with its 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies and parking.
As soon as you enter, a corridor guides you to the first south-facing bedroom, equipped with a 160 cm bed and an adjoining bathroom, with access to a south-facing balcony. The separate toilet and a second shower room are also accessible from the corridor. The second bedroom, facing west, is equipped with 2 90 cm beds. The American kitchen, separated from the living room by a central island, is fully equipped (fridge with freezer section, traditional oven, dishwasher, hood, 2 hotplates induction, microwave) and gives access to a west-facing balcony. The living/dining room, with a double west and north exposure, offers a breathtaking view of Pereire beach and the basin. A north-facing balcony, with furniture and awning, completes the living space. On the ground floor of the residence, a pantry/laundry room with washing machine (and window) is at your disposal. A designated outdoor covered parking space is included. You have direct access to the magnificent beaches of Pereire from the residence. The apartment, in excellent condition and easy to maintain (tiled floor), has quality bedding. Animals are not allowed.
