Pleasant T1 cabin type apartment, approximately 35 m², located on the first floor of a residence facing the Basin. You are halfway between the small port of Arcachon and the Arcachon Casino.
For ease of parking, you have access to private and secure parking.
In the cabin entrance, you have a 90 cm bed with a small cupboard.
Its living room has a TV (the accommodation does not have WIFI), it opens onto the balcony with a view of the Basin, like the loggia which will allow you to take your meals with an enchanting landscape.
You have an open kitchen including hotplates, top fridge, mini oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso.
After a day in our beautiful town of Arcachon you will find in your sleeping area a 140 bed which accommodates two beds, accompanied by a large closet.

This apartment has direct and private access to Eyrac beach, you are 1000 m from the city center, but you have many shops in the Aiguillon district.
