In the heart of Arcachon city center, in a small quiet street, on the 1st floor of a residence with elevator., STUDIO of 21m² comprising::

- a living room which opens onto a quiet balcony facing West: large island with storage drawers + 3 bar chairs + induction hob, kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker ...), living room (BZ 140X190cm + Murphy bed 120X190cm),
You can enjoy the studio by doing everything on foot: city center, Arcachon market, beaches, restaurants ... and even the train station is 200m away ...
Household linen not provided, possibility to rent some via the agency: 1 pack (1 set of sheets + towels) = 42 € / week.
Optional cleaning fee = €30.
During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €10/day
