Located near the Mauresque park (550 meters away), in a charming little one-way street, this house of approximately 50 m² welcomes you with a beautiful terrace.
You enter directly into the dining room, followed by an equipped American kitchen including a refrigerator with freezer section, a traditional oven, a microwave, 4-burner hobs and a dishwasher. A first mezzanine, lit by Velux, offers a 140 bed, while the living room has a 140 sofa bed and a large television. The bathroom, with WC and washing machine, is also present. A second mezzanine, lit by Velux, offers two 90 cm beds. Plenty of storage space and cupboards are available.
You will appreciate the pretty terrace of approximately 15 m² facing South-East, decorated with a small pond with fish, furniture and a barbecue. The house benefits from a good location, with a hypermarket 400 meters away, a bakery 450 meters away and a market on Place des Marquises 700 meters away. Parking is easy in the surrounding area, particularly on avenues Michel de Montaigne and Victor Hugo. In addition, an equestrian center (Pony Club) is accessible in 5-7 minutes on foot!
Small pets are accepted with the owner's consent. White linen is not provided but can be rented via our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), as well as a cleaning service at the end of your stay for an additional fee (from €50 to €300 depending on the rental).
