- entrance through the fitted kitchen (fridge - freezer, cooker with induction hob & electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee maker, toaster, etc.) with a high bar table and stools
- a living room that opens onto an east-facing balcony (on pedestrian street): sofa bed (140 cm), TV - NO INTERNET
- a bathroom (bathtub, vanity unit)
- a separate WC
- Upstairs: large mezzanine bedroom open to the living room (140 cm bed, small dressing room and office area) with electric skylight (+ rolling shutter) and blackout curtain for the mezzanine.
2 Arcachon bikes available for tenants.
