Description of the accommodation

Ideally located, small T2 apartment of approximately 39 m², on the ground floor of a residence (you have a few steps to climb to access the accommodation) close to all the amenities of the city of Arcachon.
For ease of parking, you have access to private and secure parking.
A living room with a convertible sofa which offers sleeping space for two people, TV, (This accommodation does not have WIFI), small dining area, opening onto the terrace with a garden for enjoying meals outside.
A kitchenette equipped with hotplates, Top fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and Nespresso.
After a day of walking in our beautiful town of Arcachon, you will find a room to relax in with a 140 cm bed for two people, a TV and storage space also opening onto the terrace. A bathroom with WC and washing machine.
There is a storeroom at the bottom of the garden which will allow you to store your bikes.
You are close to all the shops for shopping enthusiasts, as well as restaurants and beaches to organize your picnics and swimming afternoons on our beautiful days. Without forgetting the cycle paths for your outings with family or friends.
