Beautiful house of 150m2. approximately on 3 levels with a “seaside” decoration. Composed on the garden level of a relaxation/lounge area, a bedroom (90X190cm bed) with its bathroom, a second bedroom (140X190cm bed) with access to the garden and its bathroom and a separate toilet . On the 1st floor: a living room (TV/WIFI) with a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area, a bedroom (180X200cm bed/TV), a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor (spiral/steep staircase) a children's area (TV), a bedroom (140X190cm bed).
A garden with large wooden terraces: one in front on the North West side with high table under pergola and gas plancha, a terrace on the South East side with garden furniture... Free parking in front of the house (very residential area).
Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency: 1 pack (sheets and towels) 140/160 = €41 per week.
