Description of the accommodation

Charming T3 apartment of 72 m², on the first floor of a residence with elevator, located in the heart of the city on a one-way street.
For easy parking, you have access to an individual closed garage box for city cars.
An entrance with a large cupboard. Its living room with TV, WIFI, opening onto a loggia to enjoy meals outdoors.
Its separate, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, mini oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, multifunction microwave and Nespresso.
A first bedroom with a 160 cm bed for two people and its closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom with two 90cm beds (or a 180cm bed if you wish) also offering two beds, cupboard and travel cot. A separate toilet.
You will appreciate the proximity of all the shops (market, restaurants, boutiques, bicycle rental), the main beach of Arcachon for your afternoons of swimming or picnics as well as its Halles a few minutes on foot. The train station is also nearby, ideal if you come by train.
