Arcachon - Direct access to Eyrac beach, a stone's throw from the city center, very beautiful renovated STUDIO CABIN of 25m2 on the 3rd and last floor with elevator, fully furnished and equipped with west-facing balcony, private parking, access to the bicycle storage room (In summer, we do not guarantee the possibility of storing a bicycle in the collective bicycle storage room.)

Apartment offering all the comfort to spend a great family vacation on the bay, composed of an entrance to the cabin (bunk beds / 2 duvets / 2 pillows), a bathroom with toilet, a living room (TV / 140X190cm Murphy bed / 1 duvet / 2 pillows) with new and perfectly equipped kitchenette. A balcony with its furniture (awning) facing west.

Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency: example: 1 pack 90 sheets + towels = 32€ - 1 pack 140 sheets + towels = 42€/week.

Optional cleaning fee = 40€
During the winter period, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
