House renovated internally offering a cozy living room of 26m² with wood stove (TV / WIFI) and equipped kitchen (new) open s / wooden terrace and garden not overlooked and in absolute calm ... wc on the ground floor; upstairs: 3 bedrooms of approx. 10m². (1 with 2 beds 90cms, 1 with 1 bed 140cm and 1 with 1 bed 160cm), bathroom with toilet (window). In the basement, garage for bicycles (4 are at your disposal). Garden on 2 sides, wooden terrace with outdoor table and 6 chairs, offset parasol, plancha ... to have a good time under the pines. Cleaning charge 72 €, Linen not provided, possibility to rent through the agency: 1 pack 140/160 towels + sheets = 41 € per week / 1 pack 90 towels + sheets = 31 € per week.
