Description of the accommodation

Two-storey house of around 90 m², just outside Arcachon, with its large terrace for enjoying outdoor meals with family or friends.
You can park for free on the street.
On the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed offering you sleeping space for two people, a large closet, with access to the outside. A bathroom with WC. A second bedroom and its bathroom with a large 180 cm bed for two people, with access to a small courtyard. A separate toilet and washing machine. Then a third bedroom with two large bunk beds for four beds in total and an extra 90 cm bed, a wardrobe, which also offers access to the courtyard.
Upstairs, its living room with TV (the accommodation does not have WIFI) opening onto the beautiful terrace of around 30 m².
A fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher and an American fridge, a large dining table, you also have access to the outside.
With family or friends, ideal house to enjoy a pleasant stay in the Arcachon basin. On foot or by bike, the city center is a few hundred meters from your rental.
