ARCACHON, POINTE DE L'AIGUILLON: AT THE FOOT OF THE BEACH!
On the 1st floor of a luxury residence with elevator, this dual-aspect, 2-bedroom apartment of approximately 80 m² enjoys an exceptional location, at the foot of Aiguillon Beach and the famous oyster huts. Offering two bedrooms, two covered balconies, and a secure double garage in the basement, it combines comfort and practicality.
A large entrance hall with storage opens onto a first northwest-facing bedroom, equipped with two 90 cm beds, a wardrobe, and access to the first balcony overlooking the residence's gardens. The separate, fully fitted and equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher, and washing machine) also opens onto this balcony. The second bedroom, with a 140 cm double bed, enjoys the same exterior access and ample storage space. A bathroom with a bidet and a separate toilet with a washbasin complete this sleeping area.
The spacious and bright living room includes a lounge with a sofa bed (160 cm) and television, as well as a dining area. It opens onto a second southeast-facing balcony, offering panoramic views of the Arcachon Bay and the beaches of L'Aiguillon. Each covered and furnished balcony allows you to enjoy the view at any time of day, depending on the sunshine and the view. The spacious and well-equipped apartment has an internet/Wi-Fi connection. Its location is ideal: 550 meters from the center of L'Aiguillon with its shops (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist/newsagent) and only 2.5 kilometers from Arcachon town center. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is optional. A final cleaning is included, subject to normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay.
