Description of the accommodation

Quietly located, and close to the town center and the main beach of Arcachon, pleasant T3 house of around 80 m² with its small courtyard to enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends.
For ease of parking, you can park in the garden.
Its living room with its lounge area, no television, but WIFI available.
An open kitchen equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The dining area is on its counter and stools.
You have a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed offering you sleeping space for two people with its adjoining bathroom. And its second bedroom with a 140 bed for two people. For greater comfort, you have a second bathroom and a separate toilet.
You have another house at the back on the same land, this one can be inhabited during your stay, but you are completely independent.
Ideally located, all shops, restaurants, and beaches are a few minutes' walk away, for shopping enthusiasts or organize your picnics and swimming afternoons during our beautiful days.
